We only collect information you choose to give us, primarily through the project form on this site. That may include your name, company, email address, phone number, the format you are interested in, where the video will run, your deadline, and anything you tell us about the project.
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
When you submit the project form, the information is delivered to our lead-management system, which records the request and notifies our team so we can follow up. We do not sell your information.
If you use the chat assistant, your messages are processed so it can answer you and, when you ask for a quote, create a request for our team. Do not send sensitive personal information through chat. The assistant answers only from facts we have approved in advance.
This site uses only essential, privacy-friendly browser storage: it remembers your accessibility preferences and your cookie choice. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
We count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your device and cannot follow you to other sites: it reports the page you opened and basic technical details such as browser and country. If we ever add analytics that does use cookies or tracks visitors, it will run only after you consent through our cookie notice.
Our pages load web fonts from Google Fonts; when they load, Google may receive your IP address as part of serving the font files. The films on this site are streamed from Cloudflare.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have shared with us. Depending on where you live (for example, under GDPR or US state privacy laws), you may have additional rights. To make a request, email us at [email protected].
